Most of the scenarios, it is required to get the stock information to estimate the fulfilment of the purchase requests. SAP provides way to display the material information at different levels of the organization.

Below process to overview the material stock using the material number.

Step-1: Enter the transaction code MMBE in the SAP command field and click Enter to continue.

Navigate to SAP Menu → Logistics → Materials Management → Material Master → Other → MMBE – Stock Overview

Step-2: Enter/select the material from the list and Click on Execute button.

Step-3: If want to display the specific level stock overview, double click on the level.

Similarly, it displays stock overview at specific level by double clicking on the level.
